Moving forward after Covid-19.

I know that a lot of us are worried. We are worried what does this all mean and how the heck am I going to get PPE? I mean there is a world of things for us to worry about right now. That being said, I think we have a ton of conversations around all of those things. What I don't hear a lot of people talk about is, what did Covid-19 teach us? I am a firm believer that there is some good to come out of everything. THIS?! A global pandemic? What good could come out of that?

If I really sit and think hard about it. I know in my personal life I've learned to slow down a bit and pay close attention to what REALLY matters. I know that this quarantine for sure has taught us that as well, what really matters.

In business though I think it has taught us to be versatile. It has taught us that we can get by on less and be more productive even with the little we had during the shut down. In business it has taught us to take a hard look at who is really working with us. Who was doing everything they could to help the practice and the patients, even during the middle of a shut down? And, well, who wasn't? This pandemic should show us who our ride or dies are, really think this through as we get back to the grind. This is the time to develop and show those people we care too, be the leaders that the world needs right now.
