Ashley Sousa has done it all in the dental office!  She started as a dental assistant in 2009 and became infatuated with the field.  Some of her "claims to fame" are hygiene school dropout, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, Office Development Manager (30 practices), Regional Manger (12 practices), Executive Leader,Podcast Host and a Practice Owner just to name a few.  She believes her commitment to growth changed her life and feels so passionate to do the same.
